Signing an agreement from your studio

When your studio sends you an agreement, you will get an email with a secure signing link. You can also reach any agreement waiting for your signature from the Documents page of the family portal.

Step by step

1. Open the signing link. The full agreement is shown on the page.

2. Read it through — the line items and any pricing from your approved quote are part of the document.

3. Sign using the Type tab (type your full name; it renders as a script signature) or the Draw tab (draw with a finger, mouse, or trackpad).

4. Submit your signature.

What happens next

• Your studio is notified and countersigns the agreement.

• You receive the final executed PDF by email, with both signatures and a signature certificate page. Keep it for your records — it also stays available in your portal's Documents page.

• The first invoice usually follows shortly after, based on what the agreement covers.

Before you sign

If anything looks wrong — a name, an amount, a schedule — do not sign. Message your studio instead. Agreements cannot be edited after signing; the studio would void it and send a corrected one.
