Your studio client link

Every studio gets its own branded web address — yourstudio.encorestudio.app — for everything client-facing. Families sign in there, portal invitations land there, and public pages (like recital pages) are served there under your name.

Finding and sharing it

Open Settings → Business — the "Your client link" card shows the address with a one-click Copy button. A brand-new studio's address takes a little while to set up; until it is ready the card says it is activating soon. Once it is live, put it wherever families look:

• Your website's "student login" or "family portal" button.

• Your email signature.

• Welcome packets for new families.

What it serves

• The family portal — calendar, messages, enrollments, documents, and events for signed-in families.

• Portal invitations — when you invite a family, their accept link points at your address, not a generic one.

• Public event pages — recitals you publish get shareable pages on your link, where families can sign up and buy tickets.

• Your booking page — if families can book trial lessons online, the booking link and embeddable form live here too.

Make it yours

Upload your logo in Settings → Business — a matching favicon is generated automatically, and your logo appears on client-facing pages, documents, and emails. Remove the logo and everything falls back to your studio name in clean type.

Note

Your slug (the "yourstudio" part) is assigned when your studio is created. If it needs to change — a rebrand, a typo — contact support and we will sort it out.
