Delete your Encore account

In the Encore app

Open the app, go to Profile, then tap Delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm it’s you. If you signed in with Apple, you’ll be asked to sign in with Apple once more, so we can disconnect it.

Without the app

Email privacy@encorestudio.app from the address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your Encore account. We delete the same things the app does.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (your Encore login), so nobody can sign in as you again
• Your name, email address, phone number and photo on that login
• Your access to every studio portal you were part of
• The link between your login and your family’s record at each studio
• Every device registered for notifications, so nothing more reaches your phone
• Sign in with Apple’s connection to Encore, if you used it

What your studio keeps

Your studio runs its business with these records, so deleting your login leaves them with the studio:

• Your family’s record at the studio: students, lessons and enrollment
• Invoices, payments and receipts
• Signed agreements
• Messages you exchanged with the studio and its teachers

To have your family’s record erased as well, ask your studio directly.

Studio owners and teachers

A login that runs or teaches at a studio can’t be deleted from the app, because that would take away the studio’s or the teacher’s access. Email privacy@encorestudio.app and we’ll help.
